Hello friends! It seems only right to welcome you to my page and thank you for being here 🙌🏻 Being a doula has been a dream of mine for quite some time, as I navigated prenatal care, labor and delivery with the birth of my son. I became passionate about finding ways to support my own mental, emotional and physical health during the birthing process and noticed an immense need for people in our community to have access to quality, compassionate, and informed prenatal and labor care that prioritizes connection and emotional health for everyone involved. Birth is personal, spiritual, and truly life changing! I believe every birthing person can benefit deeply from a doula.
