✨Free Workshop!✨ You asked for it, so we are bringing back another round of our Power, Pressure, & the Pelvic Floor workshop!

The workshop is free and applicable to anyone who wants to understand their pelvic floor better and learn practical ways to improve or maintain their pelvic health. We will discuss how your pelvic floor works as part of your core system, what pelvic dysfunction can actually look like (it's more than just leaking!) and how to adjust your movements in and out of the gym to build strength without unnecessary strain. Join us this Saturday, June 21 at 11 am for our Breastfeeding Basics class taught by an IBCLC and veteran breastfeeding mom. This 90-minute class will introduce you to preparation for breastfeeding, what to expect in the early days, and common breastfeeding concerns.
