Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave heroes who selflessly served during the tragedy of 9/11, as well as the individuals and families who endured unimaginable loss and suffering. At Sinceri Senior Living, we extend our deepest gratitude to all who showed incredible courage, and our hearts remain with all those affected by that day.

The residents were working hard on their Fall craft projects today and the finished results turned out amazing!

It was so much fun to see how each individual was visualizing what they wanted and then brought it to life step-by-step.

They were all so proud of their results and kept telling me how much fun they had.

I want to thank Tori and Ali for their assistance today! I could not have pulled this off without them. ❤️🎃

We will be doing a fun Fall craft tomorrow with Trina and would love for any family members to join us!

There were several residents that were wanting to participate tomorrow, which we love. We are excited to see what they create. 🎃

It was such a beautiful morning, so some of us managers took our residents for a nice walk around the block.

We all enjoyed taking a stroll throughout the neighborhood to look at some of the gardens that surround our community.

It was very sunny though and next time we will be bringing our sunglasses. 😎

Today we were enjoying some karaoke in the activity room. Even the staff was walking by singing.

Lots of smiles today which we always love to see! Music is so healing to the soul.

Today Randy in our Dietary Department and Trina the Sales Director made homemade dog biscuits with the residents.

Our group kept growing in the dining room as we were rolling out the dough and dancing to music. There might have been a little dance competition going on at one point to Michael Jackson’s “I’m Bad.”😉

The technique of making the dough, rolling it out, using the dog bone cookie cutters to cut out the dog biscuits, and then placing them on the large cookie sheets is an important part of our Spark montessori activity process for our residents and they always truly enjoy it! The residents made 88 homemade dog biscuits today.

I’ve been very excited to share that I’ve been working with Kadlec Healthplex on trying to create our own library of books, videos, and other items that might be helpful to our Callaway Garden families.

Thanks to Kadlec Regional Medical Center we’ve been able to create a great start and will continue to grow our library to make sure our families have the support they need.

I was able to catch Catalina, our Resident Care Coordinator, helping Jackie get prepared for their interview. Jackie participated in helping interview a potential employee for our community.

Here at Callaway Gardens it is important for our residents to be able to participate in decisions that affect their home.

Jackie looked wonderful and was all smiles after getting ready for their interview.

Congratulations to Gloria for being voted August Employee of the Month!

Gloria is a housekeeper here at Callaway Gardens and recently celebrated her one year anniversary in July. Her favorite parts of working here are the management, staff, and our residents.

She is recognized for consistently going above and beyond while ensuring a clean and safe environment every day.

We are incredibly lucky to have Gloria as part of our team! Congratulations again, Gloria!

We had quite the competitive balloon volleyball game happening in our activity room with three balloons going at once!

The residents had a blast and I was quite impressed by the “spike” form from Jerry and Joe.
