Attention everyone, the fire danger level is currently set to 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘. This means that fires of all types can start quickly and burn intensely. Here’s what you need to know:

🔥 All fires are potentially serious and can spread very quickly with intense burning.

🔥 Small fires can become big fires much faster than at the "very high" level.

🔥 Spot fires are probable, and long-distance spotting is likely.

🔥 These fires are very difficult to fight and may become very dangerous, often lasting for several days.

Please be extremely cautious. Avoid any activities that could start a fire, and report any signs of fire immediately. Stay safe and protect our community!

With a heavy heart, we share the news of the unexpected passing of Lieutenant/Paramedic Aaron Meloy on January 26th, 2024. Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.
