Serene Beginnings Doula Services Klamath County My name is Christina, I am a doula, I service Klamath County and Dorris California. Being a doula is my passion! I am dedicated to helping all birthing persons.

I know how important a doula is because I had one with one of my pregnancies. I love helping people. I am dedicated to help all types of families. A doula is a non medical person who assists a person before, during, or after childbirth, as well as their partner and family, by providing physical assistance and emotional support. The provision of continuous support during labor is associated with im

proved maternal and fetal health and a variety of other benefits, including lower risk of induction and interventions and less need for pain relief. These benefits are particularly significant when continuous support is provided by someone who is not there as family/friend or as medical staff (i.e. a doula).Additionally, a doula is sometimes hired to work with families beyond the postpartum stages, providing continued physical and emotional support, for as long as needed. I would love to become your doula. I have attended childbirth education classes, breastfeeding classes and attended a DONA workshop
