The yoga world was never meant to compete, it was meant to collaborate.
And in 2026, we’re honored to bring two spaces together for something truly special.

🤍 Align Wellness Collective × Real Hot Yoga Kenosha present a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training; a shared vision rooted in connection, growth, and expansion.

This immersive training will be led by
Sarah TV Russell, E-RYT 500, guiding students through a transformative journey that goes far beyond the mat.

Whether your path leads you to teach, or simply to deepen your practice, this training is an invitation to step fully into your next chapter.

Known as the “four limbed staff pose” Chaturanga Dandasana is frequently performed in flow classes but often misunderstood, leading to shoulder or wrist strain. This all-levels vinyasa flow classes will focus on the mechanics of the pose to transform Chaturanga Dandasana from a point of fatigue into a source of power!

ANATOMICAL ALIGNMENT- Master the 90 degree elbow bend and shoulder positioning to protect your joints.

CORE & UPPER BODY INTEGRATION-
Learn how to use the entire “pillar”- from heels to crown- to support your weight.

BREATH SYNCHRONIZATION- Use of proper breath technique to maintain internal heat and stability during the descent.

INJURY PREVENTION- Correct common “shoulder dipping” habits that cause long-term rotator cuff issues.
