We have some very sad news to report. Our beloved JJ has passed away. He was diagnosed with heart issues a while ago, but continued to bring so much joy, laughter, and comfort to residents, staff, and visitors. Today, it was time to let him go. Run free, JJ! We hope there's a lot of ice cream in Heaven!

A study looking at skilled nursing home residents in Indiana and Minnesota concluded that up to 77% of them could live in an assisted living facility or even at home with the proper resources. But where do you find those resources? What services are available to help our loved ones (or us) remain in our chosen home, whether that’s a private residence/house, a senior apartment, or an assisted living facility? Join us at the Legacy on Wednesday, August 13th, to learn about some of those resources! Parking and entry will be behind the Villa, 9250 29th Ave, which is our independent senior apartment building.
