When you enter the spa, the room is yours. Sit in the sauna 🔥 Read your book 📕 Dip your hand in the cold plunge to make sure you’re not interested 🥶 Brew a drink ☕️ Pretend you’re on vacation while you relax in your insanely comfy robe 🧖🏻‍♀️

The purpose of this space goes beyond the benefits of contrast therapy - I wanted to provide a quiet and peaceful sanctuary. Whether it’s before or after a treatment, or just a time-out in the middle of a weekday.
