Guess what?

You don’t have to 😊 Okay, maybe bring your swimsuit JUST in case you change your mind.
When you enter the spa, the room is yours. Sit in the sauna 🔥 Read your book 📕 Dip your hand in the cold plunge to make sure you’re not interested 🥶 Brew a drink ☕️ Pretend you’re on vacation while you relax in your insanely comfy robe 🧖🏻‍♀️

The purpose of this space goes beyond the benefits of contrast therapy - I wanted to provide a quiet and peaceful sanctuary. Whether it’s before or after a treatment, or just a time-out in the middle of a weekday.

Welcome to the spa - I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it ❤️

Reserve the self-serve private spa, featuring an infrared sauna and cold plunge. Pop in for 30 minutes or stay an hour to enjoy some extra relaxation. The amenities in this space are yours to use however you wish for the duration of your stay. Enjoy!
