Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Quinn Priester made a surprise visit to pediatric patients receiving physical therapy at Aurora Health Center in Greenfield.

In addition to her nursing duties, Kali serves as a Stroke Champion, extending her knowledge to the community by participating in events like Oconomowoc Night Out, where she raises awareness about stroke symptoms and appropriate responses. Her self-reflective nature and eagerness to learn and improve make her a role model for both her peers and orientees.

“The first key experience that shaped my professional growth was the nurses I learned from and those I continue to work with at the beside. The grace, empathy and humility I learned from them inspires me daily. My second key experience includes the complex patients I care for. Each patient’s situation is unique. As I have grown in nursing, my ability to create strong relationships with my patients is something I am proud of. I am privileged to care for people during their most vulnerable times. We partnered with the Milwaukee Brewers to celebrate our annual Cerveceros Night at American Family Field™! While honoring the legacy of Hispanic Heritage in baseball, we also had the privilege of recognizing one of our very own teammates, Alipio, from Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center. 🌟⚾️

Alipio has been a valued member our family for 10 years, beginning as a contractor and now serving full-time in Concierge Welcome Services. Whether he’s greeting patients with a warm smile, providing transportation support, offering directions, or assisting guests at the information desk, he is often the very first friendly face our visitors meet.
To recognize his dedication and positive attitude, Alipio was invited to throw the ceremonial first pitch — a well-deserved spotlight in front of a roaring crowd.
