Today I used sound healing with a crystal singing bowl, and the Emotion Code with the horses of Lucky Clover Rescue.

Murphy, a recent rescue, had just completed his quarantine and was moved into Pen 2 with Roxy and R***r earlier this week. This disrupted the herd dynamics—understandably, as horses are deeply relational beings. The energy in the pen had been unsettled, and it has been taking some time to adjust.

I used the Emotion Code to help identify and release trapped emotions in each horse, followed by the vibration from the singing bowl. Sound can move through layers of tension—physical, emotional, even energetic. Horses are incredibly sensitive beings. They respond instantly to shifts in energy, and they seem to understand the subtle language of vibration on a profound level. I watched each horse begin to settle—licking, chewing, yawning, shifting postures. There was a palpable softening, and the tension in the pen visibly melted.

Every horse at the rescue had a chance to experience the singing bowl today. I hope you enjoy the videos and images of their response!

If you’d like to learn more about how you can volunteer and be involved in horse rescue, reach out today! We can make your dreams a reality!

Sharing some Fascia love…

While Myofascial Release and the MELT Method are different approaches, they share a deep respect for the fascial system and the body’s natural ability to heal. These images and quotes beautifully capture the essence of Myofascial Release and reflect some of the same principles.

What’s different about this picture? What’s missing? 😀

If you noticed the “For Sale” sign is gone, you are correct!

After two years on the market, my building has an owner who loves the space and has a new vision…

ME!

At first, it felt like a closed door. But the more I sat with it, the more I realized this wasn’t a disappointment— it was an opportunity. A chance to reinvest, repurpose, and reimagine the space with fresh eyes and renewed energy.

This building has so much potential, and instead of waiting for someone else to see it, I’ve decided to be the one to bring it to life again. I’m excited to put love into it— maybe bring in new renters, classes, rework the space, and create something even more amazing.

Sometimes what feels like the end of a chapter is really just a new beginning. Sometimes we can be thankful that we didn’t get what we thought we wanted, because something even better is in store.

So I’m choosing to stay rooted, stay creative, and stay open to what this next phase might become.

Milwaukee friends- I’m happy to say I will be continuing to offer hours at Renew Holistic Wellness on Thursdays.

If you know anyone looking for a beautiful, purpose-filled space to rent in a GREAT location in Kenosha— stay tuned!

“Throwback Thursday” to this 2009 Kenosha News article on Myofascial Release! I’ll never forget the day the reporter called me, wanting to do an article about myofascial release. Every business owners dream, right? However, I was so nervous I couldn’t formulate a coherent sentence explaining what I do! I had to hang up, collect my thoughts, and call her back!

Fun fact… The article ended up featuring both me and another local therapist, Shawna Neal. Back then, we were each building our own practices, doing this powerful hands-on work in different settings. Fast forward to several years later, long after the article came out, Shawna called me looking for office space. She came for a tour, and spotted our article hanging on my wall! She ended up moving her practice in with me at my office!

Over the years we became not just colleagues, but great friends! We never did view one another as competitors, rather as allies, encouraging and supporting each other, learning from one another, and growing together in this field we love.

Take a peek at the article that still hangs on my wall today!
