Update: The Mt Pleasant Police Department was notified that Mr. Judon was not released to 631 S. Green Bay Rd as planned. Instead, Mr. Judon is TEMPORARILY being placed at 1154 Prairie Dr, Mt Pleasant, WI while other living arrangements are made. This TEMPORARY placement will be less than 14 days in order to follow Mt Pleasant ordinances. Placements such as this are made by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. This information is shared with the public to enhance public safety, awareness, and protection. Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass registered s*x offenders will not be tolerated.
Community Notification - S*x Offender
The Mount Pleasant Police Department has been made aware that a s*x offender will be released into the Mount Pleasant community on, or before, November 12th 2025. The individual has served his imposed prison sentence and was granted supervised release by the courts. He will remain under strict supervision by the Department of Corrections - Division of Community Corrections and the S*x Offender Registry.
The individual will be residing at 631 S. Green Bay Road, Unit 5, Village of Mount Pleasant, WI. The Individual is identified as follows:
Allen C. Judon, M/B, 37 years of age

S*x Offender Information Bulletin
The Mount Pleasant Police Department is releasing the following information pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes 301.46 (2M) which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a s*x offenderâs release when, at the discretion of the agency, the release of the information will enhance public safety, awareness, and protection.
The individual who appears in this notification has been convicted of a s*x offense. Further, their criminal history places them in a classification level which reflects the potential to re-offend.
This s*x offender has served the prison sentence imposed on him by the courts. This offender was granted supervised release by the courts. The offender, under strict supervision by the Department of Corrections - Division of Community Corrections and the S*x Offender Registry will be living at the location listed below. He is not wanted by police at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear, rather, it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.

S*x offenders have always lived in our communities: but it wasnât until Act 440 (June 1997) that law enforcement is now able to share this information with the community. Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate or harass registered s*x offenders will not be tolerated. Please understand that such abuse could potentially end law enforcementâs ability to do community notifications. We believe the only person who wins if the community notification ends are the s*x offender, since s*x offenders derive their power through secrecy.
