💫My son explains that hauntings don’t come from anything like passed loved ones that had passed … it’s actually residual energy left behind in a space, especially if something heavy, emotional, or traumatic happened there.

He also shared something really beautiful… our loved ones are never haunting us in a negative way. When someone passes, their soul becomes pure. Their human identity and their soul are two completely separate things.

So even if someone struggled here on Earth, that doesn’t define their soul at all.

The stillness, the openness, the way everything slows down… it almost feels like you can hear your own energy more clearly.

☀️💫🙏This isn’t about politics or social media directly. It’s about energy.

Everything we give our attention to carries a certain vibration, and over time, it can attach to us in different ways. Some of those things can lower our frequency without us even realizing it.

Children are naturally high vibration because they’re innocent. They’re not absorbing all the noise, pressure, and things that don’t serve us the way we do as adults.

I love my son’s perspective on this, it’s such a powerful reminder.
