💫This is where is stand. We eat intuitively, and sometimes that includes fruit… and seafood and the occasional chicken/beef. Sending love even to the ones judging us. My son is thin and needs protein and a balanced diet. Some people act like there’s only one ‘right’ way to be spiritual, and if you don’t follow their rules, you’re a fraud. They literally called us fraud and evil and other horrible things. 1-2% of the population is vegan so that’s means we are all evil. We’re not trying to fit into anyone’s idea of perfect.We honor our bodies, we trust our intuition, and we live with integrity.That’s spiritual. Judgment isn’t.Mean people will get blocked.
