Saturday 8/9/25 8am-12pm in KENOSHA

No appointment needed and only $40 out of pocket

Our 10th Annual Golf outing is quickly approaching! Foursomes are sold out, but we are still on the hunt for raffle donations as well as a couple bigger sponsorship opportunities up for grabs! Last year we raised $26,000 for Kenosha Firefighters C.A.R.E. and Kenosha Police Department's K.P.O.C charities ❤. With this being our 10-year anniversary we have an even bigger goal in mind!

We have another pop-up athlete physical clinic coming up tomorrow!! Dr. Donovitch, one of our fellowship trained sports medicine providers, will be in the Burlington office in the morning until 12pm, and Kenosha in the afternoon until 7pm! No appointments needed for the days/times listed!
