Rachel was drawn to pelvic floor physical therapy after seeing how often pelvic health concerns are overlooked or dismissed, and she’s dedicated to making sure every patient feels heard, understood, and supported. Rachel is a Montgomery County local, and resides nearby with her husband, son, and dog. Rachel is an avid fiction reader, and is always looking for her next book, so make sure to pass on your recommendations!

With over 12 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, Tamika's treatment philosophies are anchored in treating the whole person and the root causes of their symptoms. Tamika was raised in Utah, and moved to the area 12 years ago, where she now lives with her husband and two young kids. Tamika loves action movies, and loves the Marvel franchise- her favorite movie is End Game!
