Our weekly therapy group provides a safe, supportive space for teen girls (ages 13-17) to connect, grow, and learn healthy ways to navigate the challenges of adolescence 🌱
In this group, your daughter will:

⭐️ Learn practical coping skills for anxiety, negative self-talk, and low moods
⭐️ Identify her values and learn to live more in alignment with the life she wants to live
⭐️ Experience the power of peer support—understanding that she is not alone in her struggles

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help your daughter focus on her values and what truly matters to her
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reshape negative thinking patterns
