; everything creates a vibrational frequency which can either raise or lower your own personal frequency. Our physical & energetic bodies are constantly being affected by the environment we are in - the foods we eat, the activities we do, the people we are around, the thoughts we think and the emotions we feel. Our mind, body & spirit can be either aligned, or unaligned. Your own personal feeling of alignment, or being at ease, can be reintroduced through reiki, crystals & mindfulness in addition to other lifestyle choices. When you are in alignment, you are more in touch with your intuition, or higher-self, as you may call it. Reiki is another way to also receive guidance for your life. When we are out of sync, or out of alignment, we may experience dis-ease at varying levels. This can range from anxiety & depression to intrusive thoughts or lack of drive. At a more severe level, it can lead to pain and/or illness presenting in the body. If you’re like me, and have been on a long healing journey that led you to this point, then perhaps we meet to put our intention into ourselves- celebrating how far we have come and raising our vibration, allowing us to more easily move forward through our day-to-day interactions with our own selves, our loved ones and the collective around us. I will meet with you to discuss what concerns you may have (if any), and will share a reiki session; other modalities such as crystals, sound instruments, essential oils, mantras & affirmations and music may be used as well. Sessions are available in 60 or 90 minute options; afterwards we will meet for a few minutes to discuss any questions and information for you moving forward. I bring a balanced & grounded approach to my practice. My goal is to meet my clients in a safe space for healing and help them to incorporate mindfulness techniques into their everyday life.
