Our team recently spent three days learning at Parker Seminars Las Vegas so we can continue improving the care we provide to our patients.
Throughout the seminar we heard researchers and doctors share evidence on something powerful:
Small things matter.
Just as small stresses on the body can gradually harm health, small positive habits can help the body heal and function better.
Many of these improvements are simple and accessible — quality sleep, regular movement, nourishing foods, managing stress, and caring for the spine and nervous system.
One quote summed it up beautifully:
“Success is the sum of many small things correctly done.”

We also learned fascinating research about how certain foods can support healing and overall health, and we’ll be sharing more about that soon.
