Anyone that is having trouble with working from home, here is a link to some stretches that you can do throughout the day. I looked through a number of sites and I liked this one because the images give you an idea of the motion involved. One thing to add is standing periodically throughout your day to stretch is also quite beneficial as well as getting up to go for a short walk. Also, your chair may not allow for some of these stretches, so try and get creative and modify if needed.
