As we celebrate the birth of Christ this year, we give thanks for the gift of peace, love, and community.

We will be Closed Christmas Day but offer this modified schedule so you can find Balance.

Give a gift to yourself. Find some time to flow with us. In the stillness of your practice, may you feel the presence of God’s love guiding each breath and movement.
