✨ What an incredible experience at Unalome's The Highest Frequency Healing Event ✨

We began by dropping into our heart space through deep breathing, guided meditation, and the gentle healing energy of Reiki. As we connected inward, we released the stories, labels, and lies that were never ours to carry—freeing ourselves from the agreements we had unknowingly made along the way.

From there, we moved into a powerful trust fall exercise, reminding ourselves of the importance of cultivating safe, loving, and supportive spaces. The energy we allow around us matters, and so does the way we pour into ourselves.

We closed with a beautiful self-love exercise, reflecting on our truth, our light, and the endless love that has always lived within us.

We laughed. We cried. We connected. We healed. Together, we rose and vibrated on the HIGHEST FREQUENCY. 💫

Thank you to every soul who joined us on this journey. The energy was unforgettable.
