May is Mental Health Month 💚 Taking care of your mental health doesn’t have to be complicated—it starts with small, intentional steps each day. Step outside for fresh air. Stay connected with people who support you, and give yourself permission to set boundaries when you need space.

Self-care also means paying attention to what you’re feeling. It’s okay to not have everything figured out. Slowing down, asking for help, or simply taking a break can be powerful ways to reset.

This month, challenge yourself to prioritize your well-being—even in the smallest ways.
