The Mental Health & Recovery Board of Portage County funds services for Portage County residents through its network of agencies. Services help families, adults, teens and children with mental illness, depression, addictions, in crisis and at risk for su***de. The system is funded by Portage County taxpayers, along with grants and funds from the State of Ohio. Adults and families receiving service

s pay what they can afford, making services accessible to as many as possible. We welcome you and your comments to the Mental Health & Recovery Board of Portage County pages. Portage County Women's Residential Treatment has beds available to help women heal in a safe environment on their path to recovery.

Townhall II Integrated Health Network has a residential recovery home for women called Horizon House. This discreet facility currently has a few openings for women with substance-use disorders. We are certified to ASAM Levels 3.1 and 3.5 and we provide integrated mental health services and a trauma-informed treatment track.
