The Kent United Church of Christ is hosting a well-deserved relaxation and reset for anyone and everyone who can attend. This sound bath experience is free to all who can attend, this Sunday at 11:30am.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations. During a sound bath, participants sit comfortably while the practitioner uses sound bowls, creating a harmonious atmosphere that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of inner peace. The experience is designed to facilitate deep relaxation and mindfulness, allowing individuals to release tension and achieve a heightened state of awareness.
