Shannon Strong began her career as a lumberjill at the age of 11 years old. Later in life she studied as a trainer and graduated from NPTI. Her hopes to train all ages became a tough industry as many clients complained of aches and pains and were restricted in their exercise protocol. Shannon then went back to school to complete 20 months at CCMT and graduated with a 4.0 in massage therapy. She co

ntinued her education following an orthopedic approach which has made her a very sought after therapist. She then looked for an amazing location to support her business and in 8 short weeks, renovated a 1400 square foot space at the Medical Building: 64 Maple Street in Kent CT. She completed much of the work herself and hired a few local talents to help her. This location offers many modalities to the community, a wellness center including a medical doctor and physical therapist as her neighbors. Shannon hopes to fill the space with practitioners involved in the wellness field. Currently there are 2 rooms available and use of a large training room. She is looking for the right trainer, therapist, chiropractor or practitioner that would like to join her team.
