I launched this month.

It wasn’t easy, because I had lots of distractions.
🦋 Helped teach Ananda’s Yoga Teachers Intensive and had to brush up on some intense asanas!
🦋 My son came home for a good friend’s wedding.
🦋 My daughter graduated from law school at Wash U and we enjoyed the St. Louis area (though not the cicadas so much).
🦋 I went to visit family and help out at beautiful Mt.Shasta.
🦋 My son came to visit with his girlfriend and we went on a spectacular hike.
🦋 Flew back to St.Louis to help my daughter pack up her apartment. Then we traveled across country back to California. Ever hear of Mormon Crickets? They took over one rest stop including bathrooms in Nevada.
🦋 Flew back to St Louis - yes again! This time to go to Illinois. Stayed with good friends. Then attended my 50th Reunion of all three girls track and field teams, from the tiny town of Illiopolis, winning State Championships all on the same day.
🦋Came home last night. Packing to go to the Symposium of Yoga Therapy and Research in Arizona tomorrow to announce a different launch of a new app, MyYogaApp, to track the numbers for the One Million Healthy, Happy Humans Project.

Then the wedding to attend, the visit from a business partner to attend meetings before he goes back to the Netherlands… then I might sleep for a day or two! Oh wait! My 32nd anniversary is at the end of the month…

So, if I have time to get my new business offering off the ground, I bet you can find some time too.

Wow! It's been 50 years since we won the Illinois State Track and Field Championship! Can you find me in the Junior High Team photo? I was Nicole Adkins back then.

As Bobbi Lamb Claypool points out below, both the Junior high and High school teams won the State Championships on the same day! Illiopolis is a VERY SMALL town and we won against the large Chicago schools.

I ran the 440 and was on the relay teams.

As a high school freshman, I ran the 440 at the State Championship and our team came in 2nd that year. We had some amazing fast girls on our teams. I was lucky to be able to run with them. You really need excellence around you in order to achieve at your best.

Tomorrow, I will be going to the Illiofest where we celebrate this achievement. I have not been back since I was a freshman in high school in 1976. So its going to be a reunion with friends, classmates and of course my track and field team!

I can't wait to see everyone! -- and I can't believe it been 50 years!

Some good news from Instagram!
Maybe you have noticed how many accounts that you do not follow had been creeping up in your feed? Or that many of these accounts that show up are not even original content from creators, businesses like you. The algorithm was favoring these large accounts that basically take other people’s content and re-share it.

That has now changed! We smaller accounts are now going to get more priority.

This is straight from Instagram:

“Historically because of how we’ve ranked content, creators with large followings and aggregators of reposted content have gotten more reach in recommendations than smaller, original content creators. We think it’s important to correct this to give all creators a more equal chance of breaking through to new audiences.

To do this, we’re introducing four changes:
- A new input to ranking that will give smaller creators more distribution.
- Replacing reposts with original content in recommendations.
- Adding labels to reposted content, linking to the original creator.
- Removing content aggregators from recommendations.”

Right now I am feeling excited, humbled, loved, recognized, appreciated and also very, very tired even though I have a burst of adrenaline to keep me going to my next appointment!

This week has been one of those culmination weeks.

1. I was notified that I have been vetted by Kajabi as a Kajabi expert and can now offer my strategic planning and problem solving skills as a Kajabi Coach in their exclusive Kajabi Experts Marketplace. PLUS after today I will be adding AI strategic and consulting services.

2. I completed writing for the collaboration book, The Future of Sacred Yoga Therapy, an 1) Introduction, 2) a chapter on Longevity, 3) a chapter declaring my manifesto for the 1 Million Healthy, Happy People Initiate 4) two more mini-chapters which are reprints of articles I wrote for the magazine Clarity, on pain, dealing with stress in a group situation and overcoming them with yoga therapy. 5) Epilogue - The Future of Sacred Yoga Therapy and the Digital Age -- Moving into the Age of Energy -- book will be out in March.

3. And my most exciting accomplishment was realized this morning at the Awards and Graduation Ceremony for the AI Mastery certification course. There were 1,000 students in the course. I was runner up in two categories; AI use in Image Creation and AI use in Content Creation.

And... I couldn't believe my eyes -- I was Winner in not one but two categories! I won Best Use of AI for Text Generation and Best Use of AI in Building Websites!

Shout out here to all of my supportive Hivery members here who lift me up and encourage me -- many of you know it has been challenging with care giving for my mom, but this is a lesson in that I kept showing up and did what I could.

Hey Friends! I need some help. I am just finishing up an AI Mastery certification course. They just announced a contest for us to show case our use of AI in several categories. So I seek feedback!

I have a trio of programs for which I am creating brand new courses (even on the topics I have been teaching for decades) and naturally landing pages for the courses and all that goes with it.

My goal with AI, is to help me do things better, faster and with less expense so I have more time being in my genius zone of helping and advising others.

Woa! This wind is strong. At times it sounded like a big booming roar coming at us. Then it would soften. I was watching and listening to it as I was teaching Live. Longer. Happier. Yoga this morning.

I taught the Eagle* pose (balancing on one leg with legs and arms appropriately, well, "twisted"). The affirmation matches the weather and what life is feeling like for many of us these days.

"In the center of life's storms, I stand serene." Ananda Yoga Affirmation.

The wind right now is exhilarating! We need the rain, so I am looking forward to what this strom will bring. The heaviest downfall should land on the fires in the west a the California - Oregon border and beyond. Yay - should put these fires out finally. The rest of us are looking forward to a normal rain.

Fall sure is coming in with a bang!
