🎉✨ We had a full day of celebration at Autumn Trace! ✨🎉
Today we celebrated Gloria’s birthday with 🎂, enjoyed a lively game of Bingo, got our boots moving to a little Cotton Eye Joe 💃🕺, and were treated to a free live singer 🎶. To top it off, IMH stopped by to provide free check-ups for our residents ❤️.

What a wonderful day of fun, care, and community! 🩵

Today was a good one 🩵 We took a little trip to Sunrise, grabbed some Burger King & ice cream, and ended the day celebrating Jackie’s birthday. Simple days, sweet memories

We are blessed to welcome not only our Autumn Trace family, but also friends from the community. Two local congregations join us regularly to share services, and everyone is always welcome to attend. 💕

Our Saturday outing was a success! From the smell of fresh-baked goodies at the bakery, to finding little treasures at Dollar Tree, to uncovering unique gems at the thrift store—it’s the simple joys that make these trips so special. Sometimes it’s not about what we bring home, but the laughter, conversations, and memories we create along the way. 💛🥐🛍️✨

🌟 Community Spotlight: Virginia! 🌟

Virginia is from Goodland and has been part of the Kentland community for just over a year. She’s a hardworking farm wife who could run just about everything on the farm except the planter — she even amazed visitors from Japan when they filmed her running the combine! 🚜

Virginia has a huge heart. She raised nine kids, including nieces and nephews, and always made sure no child was ever alone or hungry! 💕

Her greatest joy is her grandkids and great-grandkids — they never fail to make her smile. If she could have dinner with anyone, it would be her mom, who she lost to cancer at a young age.

Virginia’s favorite sayings are: “Family is life’s greatest blessing” and “Enjoy the little things life has to offer.” Wise words to live by. 💐

We’re so glad to have Virginia as part of our Kentland community!

From BINGO and S’mores to a visit from Red 🐾 and our creative puzzle pumpkins 🎃—we’ve shared so many smiles together.

🐾💛 Honoring Mahlah 💛🐾

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Mahlah Comfort Dog, who touched so many lives with her unconditional love. Mahlah had a way of brightening every room she entered — whether through her gentle nuzzle, her calming presence, or the pure joy she brought to those in need of comfort.

Though Mahlah has only been with us for a year, she has been faithfully serving and comforting others for many years. In that short time here, she left a lasting mark on our hearts and reminded us daily of what true compassion looks like.

Mahlah, thank you for the countless smiles, the comfort you brought, and the love you gave without hesitation. And a heartfelt thank you to your amazing handlers for sharing you with us during your journey of service. 💛
