DASHFIT is coming to Zoom!! You can join the class LIVE from your home!

This Thursday (2/5) is FREE!! We start at 5:30pm CST. No need to register, just join using the link below!

Your camera will automatically be off and you will be muted. Please stay muted, and you can turn your camera on if you'd like!

Equipment needed:
-aerobic step
-dumbbells
-band

If you don't have a step or band, you can do the moves on the ground and still have fun!

I've even thrown a recording in the comments for you to see what the hype is all about!

If a class is full, hop on the waitlist! Sometimes we can squeeze more in or some canceled last minute.
