We have a full roster of classes this week at the studio!!
Monday: Power Step! The perfect combo of aerobic steps to your favorite songs and strength training. You never know what Bailey will throw at you in these classes!
Tuesday: HIIT Strength. A station-based class where you can get your heart rate up and challenge your muscles. Muscle focus: biceps/triceps
Wednesday: back with another Power Step class!
Friday: Spicy Friday, the class where you show up early, have no idea what we’ll be doing, and leave feeling like you’ve had a great workout!
Saturday: Sweat & Sculpt. The perfect class to learn the step moves and challenge yourself with some heavier weights. The good news? Longer break times in this class!
