Corning's Harrodsburg plant, already a leader in advanced glass innovation since the original iPhone launch in 2007, will now triple its production capacity and increase its local workforce by approximately 50%. Local estimates suggest 300–400 new high-tech manufacturing and engineering jobs.

🚨 Big Win for the Second Amendment in Kentucky! 🚨

The Kentucky Legislature has officially overridden Governor Andy Beshear’s veto of HB 78 — the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms (PLCAA) Clarification Act.
This important bill shields firearm manufacturers, distributors, and retailers from frivolous lawsuits when criminals misuse their lawfully sold products.

As Rep. TJ Roberts put it: “We don’t sue Ford for drunk drivers — we shouldn’t sue the Second Amendment out of existence.”

Thanks to the emergency clause, this protection is now immediate law in the Commonwealth.

Kentucky stands strong in defending our constitutional rights against lawfare designed to bankrupt the fi****ms industry.

🚨 BIG WIN for Kentucky’s Second Amendment! 🚨

The Kentucky House just overrode Governor Andy Beshear’s veto of HB 78 — and it passed with a strong 80-19 vote!

This bill is simple and critical: it protects law-abiding firearm manufacturers, sellers, and trade associations from being dragged into frivolous lawsuits for crimes committed by people they have ZERO connection to. Anti-gun activists have been trying to bankrupt the entire industry through “lawfare” — a backdoor attack on your constitutional rights.

We don’t sue Ford every time someone drives drunk. We shouldn’t let radical groups sue the Second Amendment out of existence either.

Huge thanks to Rep. TJ Roberts and every lawmaker who stood up for Kentucky gun owners today. Now it’s on to the Senate!
