Back to school giveaway! ✏️🎒📚

School will be back in session before we know it and we want to show you all a little appreciation by doing a fun back to school giveaway!

To enter into the giveaway all you have to do is:
1. Leave us a Google review for either our Byron Center or Rockford location!
2. Be sure to leave your name on your review or DM us that you left a review so that we can find you in our system so we can reach out if you win!
3. That’s it! You’re entered to win one of three Northface backpacks full of school supplies!

This giveaway will end on August 12, 2025 at 11:59PM and winners will be announced and reached out to on August 13, 2025 by end of business day. This giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram and is only open to our current patients/families being seen at our office.

📢 Rockford Office Closed Today – June 17, 2025
Due to an unexpected power outage, our Rockford location will be closed today. We’re hopeful to be back up and running tomorrow, June 18th.
