Somatic Coaching helps clients gently feel into past experiences to unwind long-held patterns of stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Instead of “fixing,” this approach honors the belief that the answers already live within you—your body simply needs the space to reconnect and reset patterns like fight, flight, freeze, or fawn.
Somatic Mindfulness Bodywork is fully clothed, hands-on care that allows the nervous system to deeply down-regulate. Through attentive work with muscles and joints, the body enters a restorative state where pain can soften, movement improves, and healing happens naturally.
Together, these approaches support profound relaxation, improved body awareness, pain reduction, and long-term resilience.
