$20 drop in for a one hour mixed level yoga class. Please bring your own mat if you have one, or let us know if you need one to borrow. 😁🙏🧘‍♀️💜

Join Ram's Gate Winery and Nadra of Lion Heart Yoga for Yoga at the Pond. Surrounded by vineyards and facing the willow lined pond, the class focuses on making the body-mind-spirit connection through the moving flow of vinyasa and postures to build strength and flexibility. Breath-work, or pranayama, is also incorporated to calm the nervous system allowing life force energy to feed the cells of our body while also helping us to achieve mental peace and clarity. After the class, enjoy a glass of one of Ram's Gate's summer popular wines and light bites created by Executive Chef Ruby Oliveros.

What:
One hour of yoga class followed by a glass of summer wine and light bites. Guests may choose a glass of 21SBES (Sauvignon Blanc), 21PBES (Pinot Blanc) and 22ROSC (Rose). Guests will also receive 10% off any bottle purchases.

Where:
Ram's Gate Winery, 28700 Arnold Drive, Sonoma, CA 95476. Lawn area down at the pond. Post class wine will be at the Arbor depending on number of attendees.

When:
4 Saturdays: June 10, July 8, August 12 & September 9 2023
9:00 - 10 am yoga, wine & light bites to follow

$50 per person for each event

I just had the most AMAZING massage experience! Tonia was so wonderful...she really knows the body and knows how to make your body feel rejuvenated and alive. This was not just a mere massage, it was so much more, aligning the energy body with the physical body putting everything back into harmony. Tonia was so sweet and nurturing. I felt so comfortable with her and afterwards I feel like I truly got a healing! I HIGHLY recommend her if you're looking for any kind of body work or massage! Thank you Tonia!!!
