Last night we hosted our annual Thanksgiving Chapel Service and Dessert Bar, and it was truly a beautiful evening. Our residents, families, and staff enjoyed sweet treats, warm fellowship, and a wonderful turnout.

We’re excited to share a couple of updates within our leadership team at Country Lane Manor!

Please join us in congratulating Shyla Andrews, who will now serve as our HR Coordinator, in addition to continuing her role in Medical Records. Shyla has been a valued member of our team for over 3 years and is known for her attention to detail, efficiency, and willingness to dig in and find solutions. We’re confident she’ll bring that same dedication and support to our staff in her new role.

We also welcome Seth McCormick as our new Business Office Manager! Seth has been part of the Country Lane family for over a year, providing compassionate care as a CNA and delivering outstanding customer service, to our residents and families. He was named our 2024 Superstar of the Year. His professionalism, friendly approach, and compassion for our residents make him a great fit for this new position.
