Good evening!

We are very excited to announce our new administrator, Ashley Ames! Ashley brings over 20 years of dedicated experience in long-term care, with a well-rounded background that includes roles as a CNA, in Social Services, Human Resources, Business Office, Marketing, Activities, and as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Her diverse experience has shaped a strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care and effective leadership.

Outside of work, Ashley is the proud parent of four very active children and enjoys cheering them on in softball, baseball, basketball, cross country, track, wrestling, and football. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, and working outand raising German Shorthaired Pointers.

As the Nursing Home Administrator at Country Lane Manor, Ashley is excited to serve the community and lead with passion, dedication, and a deep love for long-term care.
