Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is now available in Van Buren County!! The beloved early literacy program — which mails a free, age-appropriate book each month to children from birth to age five.
This regional expansion is made possible through a partnership supported by funding from Early Childhood Iowa, along with leadership from our local United Way.
Families can register their children by visiting https://imaginationlibrary.com/check-availability/ and entering their zip code, or by contacting United Way of Southeast Iowa at 319-752-7831 for assistance. The first round of books is expected to begin arriving in January 2026.
