As we spend time with family and friends this holiday weekend, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country.

We are grateful for their courage, service, and dedication.

Mental health is just as important as physical health, and this month serves as a reminder that it’s okay to ask for help, talk about struggles, and prioritize emotional well-being.

At VBCH, our Senior Life Solutions Department is here to provide support, guidance, and compassionate care for older adults experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, or other emotional challenges.

You are not alone — help and hope are available. If you or a loved one could benefit from support, our team is here to help.

As Hospital Week comes to a close, we want to extend a HUGE thank you to all of our incredible VBCH staff for making the week so special! 💙

From participating in activities and events to showcasing your many talents, this week was a wonderful reminder of the amazing people who make VBCH such a special place. We loved seeing the teamwork, laughter, creativity, and community spirit throughout the week!
