Torah is brilliant.
Layered. Expansive. Endless.

And for many of us, it mostly lives in the mind.

Nu’a נוּעַ was born from a different question:

What would it mean to feel Torah?
To let sacred text move through the body — not just the intellect?

This 3-month cohort (March 8–May 24) weaves:
• Deep Torah learning
• Guided embodied practice
• Chevrutah partnership
• Intimate community (18 participants max)

No movement background needed.
No Hebrew required.
Just curiosity — and a willingness to explore.

We begin March 8.

If something in you feels stirred, that might already be Nu’a.

What if Torah wasn’t only something you studied…

but something you felt?

This spring we’re launching Nu’a נוּעַ — a 3-month embodied Torah learning cohort.

Nu’a means “to tremble.”
It’s the experience of sacred text moving through your body — not just being analyzed by your mind.

Through guided movement, chevrutah partnership, and intimate cohort space, we explore Torah as something lived and sensed.

Before enrolling, we’re hosting a free info session:

🗓 Sunday, Feb 22
🕛 12pm ET / 9am PST
📍 Live on Zoom
🎥 Recording sent to all who register

If you’re even a little curious, come explore with us.

Limited to 18 participants.

What if your body could teach you something about Torah that your mind has never accessed?
Nu’ah נוּעַ is our 3-month embodied Torah exploration—where movement meets sacred text in ways that go beyond intellectual study.

We created this for movers, dancers, yogis, and somatic practitioners curious about Jewish frameworks for embodied wisdom.

March 8-May 24 | Online | Limited to 18
6 guided sessions • Chevrutah partnership • Trauma-informed facilitation

If you’ve been curious about how Jewish mysticism and embodied practice intersect, we’d love to explore this with you.

JeMLab is back with our first ecstatic dance of the season.
From the roots of the earth to the open sky,
from pulse to prayer,
from water rising to rain returning. 🌊🌧️

On Hoshanah Rabbah, tradition teaches that the gates are open.
Let’s enter together—
through dance, through joy, through the flow of spirit and song.

Our JeMLab Elul Retreat (Sept 4–7) was full… but a few spots have just opened up. If you’ve been waiting for a sign — this is it.

For 4 days, we’ll step into the sacred month of Elul with:
✨ Embodied Jewish practice — movement, dance, breath, stillness
✨ Soulful reflection & Jewish learning
✨ Mikvah immersion in a natural spring
✨ Shabbat celebration + nourishing meals in community
✨ Spaciousness + rest before the High Holidays

Retreat begins next week — and these last spots will go quickly.

We’re still radiating from the magic of our summer retreat last weekend in the Hudson Valleys. 21 people from multiple states and 2 countries, joined to embody the power of the elements and connect in our exploration of Jewish wisdom and the body.

We want to share some of that magic with you. At the link in our bio you’ll find a link to the DJ set from last Friday’s ecstatic dance into Shabbat. Our Kabbalat Shabbat intention was to embody water.

Give it a listen and let us know, how does water flow in your body?
