Results are in and we heard you loud and clear.
Neck Pain was our most common ailment in our recent poll. So now what?! Here are some tips for treating neck issues at home 🏠

If you’re waking up stiff, hurting after a long day at a desk, or feeling tension headaches creep in — your neck may be the culprit.

📱💻 Most neck pain today comes from:• Poor posture• “Tech neck” (looking down at phones)• Stress and muscle tension• Sleeping positions

🏠 Things You Can Try at Home:

✔️ Chin TucksSit tall and gently pull your chin straight back (like making a double chin).Hold 5 seconds, repeat 10 times.

✔️ Upper Trap StretchGently tilt your ear toward your shoulder.Hold 20–30 seconds each side.

✔️ Shoulder Blade SqueezesPull shoulder blades back and down.Hold 5 seconds, repeat 10–15 times.

✔️ Heat for tightness✔️ Ice if it feels inflamed

⚠️ If you have numbness, tingling, arm pain, or headaches that won’t go away — it’s time to get evaluated.

Neck pain is common… but it’s not “normal.”We can help correct the root cause, not just the symptoms.

❄️ Winter Slips Happen Faster Than You Think ❄️

Did you know falls are the leading cause of injury-related ER visits—and they spike during the winter months?

🧊 Ice, snow, and wet surfaces increase fall risk by 30–50% in winter, especially on steps, driveways, and uneven ground.
👵 Adults 65+ are most at risk, but falls affect all ages, from athletes to busy parents.
🤕 Common fall injuries include:
• Ankle & wrist fractures
• Knee & hip injuries
• Back pain
• Concussions
• Muscle strains & ligament tears

The good news? 💪
Physical therapy can help you recover AND prevent future falls by improving:
✔️ Balance
✔️ Strength
✔️ Reaction time
✔️ Confidence with walking on uneven surfaces

If a winter slip has slowed you down—or you want to stay upright this season—we’re here to help.

✨ Move better. Stay steady. Live confidently.

Cervical stenosis is a condition characterized by the narrowing of the spinal canal in the neck, which can lead to nerve compression and significant discomfort. Symptoms often include neck pain, stiffness, and in severe cases, neurological deficits such as numbness or muscle weakness.
The Role of Physical Therapy in Managing Cervical Stenosis
Physical therapy is a cornerstone in the management of cervical stenosis. It offers a non-invasive approach that focuses on relieving pain, improving mobility, and enhancing the patient’s overall quality of life. Through targeted exercises, manual therapy, and education, physical therapists help patients manage symptoms and prevent further deterioration.
