Did you know one of the First Africian American Therapist was Dr. Francis Sumner. He was the first Africian American to earn a Doctural Degree in Psychology in 1920. Also the first female Africian American therapist documented was Dr. Inez Prosser, she went on to complete her Doctoral Degree in 1933. I went to school for a very longtime and throughout my entire academic career I never heard any of these unsung heroes. We have to do better and educate us, by us

What does dating as a single parent looks like for you? So often single parents struggle with dating fears. Work and family can seem so overwhelming. Not being familiar with the online dating etiquette as well as the hefty price tag it can carry is another set of angst within all in itself.
