Today, the Wilburn Medical Supply team wore red in support of Wear Red Day to help raise awareness for women’s heart health. ❤️

We also took time to listen to powerful stories of survival from our founder, Rick Wilburn, and our team member, Deanna Baldwin. Their experiences were a meaningful reminder that heart health isn’t just a statistic—it’s something that touches real people, families, and communities every day.

In honor of Wear Red Day, here are a few simple, heart-healthy tips to keep in mind:

• Stay active with regular movement, even if it’s just a daily walk.
• Choose balanced, nutrient-rich meals with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole foods.
• Know your numbers—keep track of your blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar.
• Manage stress and get enough quality sleep each night.

Small, consistent habits can make a big difference over time. Today, we’re proud to wear red and stand in support of the women in our lives and the patients you serve every day. ❤️

This month, Wilburn Medical Supply is collecting food and household items to support Crisis Control Ministry, an organization dedicated to helping local families meet basic needs.
