Jayne is a North Carolina State Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist and a graduate of Cortiva Institute School of Massage Therapy. She has extensive training in several modalities including: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Myofascial Cupping and Scrapping, Trigger Point Therapy, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Massage for Migraine, Hot & Cold Stone Therapy,

Hydrotherapy, Prenatal Massage, Manual Lymph Drainage, Sports Massage, Active Isolated Stretching and Chair Massage. Jayne offers clients customized, therapy specific and results oriented massage sessions. Prior to beginning her career as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Jayne attended SUNY-Oswego and followed with a successful career in financial services, working with transfer agencies and investment companies for more than 20 years. Our tired, over-worked muscles can become tight and painful. That’s why each massage therapy session is intended to help broaden, lengthen and energize tired, overworked muscles...to find those spots that are stuck and help relieve stress and release tension. Our Story

Jayne is a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist and a graduate of Cortiva Institute-Hoboken School of Massage Therapy. Prior to beginning her career in Massage Therapy, Jayne attended State University of NY at Oswego and followed with a successful Wall Street Executive career, working with financial services and investment companies for more than 20 years.

After spending many years working at a desk, she understands that working long hours can take its toll on our bodies. Our tired, over-worked muscles can become tight and painful. That’s why each massage therapy session is intended to help broaden, lengthen and energize tired, overworked muscles...to find those spots that are stuck and help relieve stress and release tension.

Jayne offers a customized session using massage and stretch therapy to help clients maintain a healthy range of motion and manage increased flexibility and coordination...focusing on recharging and rebalancing bodies and minds.
