We offer you three different ways to pay!
1. You can pay online through your Rent Café portal.
2. Instead of money orders, we now provide you with your WIPS number which allows you to pay your rent at the same place you were getting your money orders.
3. We offer Flex. Flex is a company that will allow you to pay your rent in two separate payments. This does need to be set up prior to when rent is due. You cannot have any outstanding payments when first signing up. Please ask your manager for more information!
