Reminder to all City of Kerrville patients… If you chose the Blue Cross HMO policy, it requires a referral from your primary care physician in order for you to be seen at our office. We are unable to see you if there is no referral on file.

Please contact your primary as soon as possible.

Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-5:00pm. Friday 8-00am to 12:00pm. Our phone hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30am-11:30am and 1:30pm-4:30pm. Friday 8:30am-11:30am.

We schedule patients as early as 8:15am. Hopefully this will clear up any confusion. 🙂
