💧 **Hydration Matters More Than You Think** ☕️

Water plays a role in *everything* — your energy, focus, skin, digestion, and overall health. Yet many people are walking around mildly dehydrated every day.

✨ **Benefits of staying well-hydrated:**
• Improved energy + fewer afternoon crashes
• Improved focus and mental clarity
• Healthier skin and digestion
• Better temperature regulation and overall body function

Now let’s talk about caffeine 👇

☕️ While coffee and energy drinks can give you a boost, too much caffeine can:
• Contribute to dehydration
• Increase jitters or anxiety
• Disrupt sleep (even hours later)

⚖️ **Finding the balance:**
• Aim for at least **half your body weight in ounces of water daily**
• For every caffeinated drink, add an extra glass of water
• Try not to rely on caffeine to replace proper hydration
• Cut off caffeine earlier in the day to protect your sleep

We have an important update to share with our 830 Wellness family 💙

Nurse Practitioner Stephanie Williams will be relocating out of state. This transition will be happening in mid-April. While we will certainly miss having her in the clinic, we are excited for her next chapter.

The good news — she’s not going anywhere when it comes to your care. Stephanie will continue seeing patients through telemedicine, so you can still receive the same thoughtful, personalized care you know and trust from the comfort of your home.

We’re incredibly grateful to have her remain part of the 830 Wellness team and continue supporting our patients on their health journeys.
