"ROBERT EARL KEEN'S FOURTH ON THE RIVER" SET FOR JULY 4
Come out to Louise Hays Park, 202 Thompson Dr., on Wednesday, July 4 to celebrate Independence Day with the “Robert Earl Keen’s Fourth on the River” event.
There will be festivities throughout the day, including free concerts, vendors and a large fireworks display. The vendors will open at 2 p.m. and the concerts begin at 5 p.m. Headliner Robert Earl Keen will be followed by the largest fireworks display in the Hill Country at approximately 9:30 p.m., generously sponsored by Mamacitas.
For safety, Louise Hays Park will be closed to vehicular traffic all day on July 4, with the exception of legally marked handicapped vehicles (plates/tags). Free covered parking is available in the downtown parking garage.
Please remember that fireworks are not allowed within the city limits of Kerrville. Also, there is no glass allowed in the park, no outside alcoholic beverages allowed in the concert area, and smoking (including va**ng and e-cigarettes) is prohibited in all city parks.
The July 4 band lineup is as follows:
• 5 p.m. – Willow City
• 6 p.m. – Robyn Ludwyck
• 7 p.m. – Bruce Robison
• 8 p.m. – Robert Earl Keen (headliner)
