In the aftermath of the floods, many in our community are carrying silent burdens — stress, grief, anxiety, or just the heaviness of it all. If that’s you, please know: you are not alone.

New Hope Counseling is offering free counseling sessions with licensed professionals for anyone impacted her in our community.

📌 Family Assistance Center at BT Wilson Education Building

The City of Kerrville and Kerr County have joined together with KISD to offer multiple resources and services under one roof for families in need of assistance.
The Family Assistance Center is located at BT Wilson Education Building, located at 605 Tivy Street and will operate daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Services and resources offered include:

🟡Red Cross
🟡Salvation Army
🟡Social Security Administration

Free Counseling Support This Weekend for Our Community 💛

In the wake of the recent flooding, many in our community are carrying heavy emotional burdens — grief, anxiety, overwhelm, or just the weight of the unknown.

At New Hope Counseling, we believe no one should face this alone.

This Friday and Saturday (July 11 & 12), we’re opening our doors to offer free, in-person counseling sessions to anyone in our community affected by the floods. Whether you were directly impacted or are just struggling to process what’s happened — you are welcome here. We will have three counselors available both days.

📍 Location: New Hope Counseling - 1127 East Main Street, Suite 100, Kerrville, TX
📅 Dates: Friday, July 11 & Saturday, July 12
⏰Time: 10am-2pm
💬 Cost: Free of charge
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Who: Open to anyone in the community — individuals, families, youth, or adults

This first weekend of support will be held at our office, and we’re actively working to expand into surrounding areas in the coming weeks. Our hope is to meet people where they are — with care, compassion, and a listening ear.
