NAMI Texas is now accepting workshop proposals for the NAMI Texas 2025 Annual Conference: Going To Bat For Mental Health, returning to Central Texas for the first time since 2018!

Whether you're a mental health professional, advocate, individual with lived experience, or a family member, we invite you to share your insights and expertise with our community.

📅 Conference Dates: October 31–November 1, 2025
📍 Location: Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center, Georgetown, TX

RAINBOW OVER KERRVILLE THIS MORNING ...

Our friends at McDonald's are hosting a fundraiser to benefit our local Kerrville Area communities impacted by the July 4th flash flood of the Guadalupe River. The extended McFamily of independent owner-operators in North and South-Central Texas (725 restaurants) will be participating in a “Texas Together” fundraiser to help all flood relief efforts in the state of Texas, including our Texas Hill Country - which has been most impacted by this disaster.

The fundraiser will take place TODAY, Tuesday, July 15th from 11am - 2pm; with a portion of sales donated to the Kerrville Kroc Center - ‘Salvation Army’ to directly aid flood relief and recovery efforts.
