1. Asthma for children 4 years old and Adults up to 80 years old
2. COPD- Have had 2 exacerbations or 1 hospitalization within the last year
3. Hives study- New biologic treatment for Hives
4. Pediatric Migraines- Children from 6-17 with frequent headaches/migraines

Now enrolling: The FLAIR Study. To qualify for this research study, participants must [be at least 4 years of age,] be diagnosed with asthma for at least 1 year, and have had at least 1 asthma attack requiring treatment in the past 12 months. Other eligibility criteria will apply.
