Through our work together, you can hope to gain some concrete tools to help you respond to uncomfortable thoughts and feelings associated with your particular problem(s) and behave in a more productive way, rather than fighting with them, reacting or acting out because of them, causing more stress. My background in art and spirituality lend themselves abundantly to how I work. I hold a bachelors degree in studio art, dual degrees in theological studies and counseling, but perhaps most importantly, life experience in navigating several major life changes and the anxiety which accompanied. We're in this together!
