This week's shoutout goes to Cathy 🎉—our incredible Facility and Office Coordinator!

Cathy is celebrating 15 years with ASHN—and she's done it all! From supporting leadership in her early years to working in HR, operations, payroll, and even coordinating facility needs and travel, Cathy wears many hats—and wears them well.

With a heart for helping others ❤️, she's found joy in the variety of her work and the lifelong friendships she's built along the way.

Cathy has been in healthcare since she was 16 and is still going strong. At home, she's soon to celebrate 47 years of marriage with her husband, and together they've raised four wonderful kids—plus seven grandchildren who keep life full of love and laughter.

When she's not at work, you'll find her enjoying weekends at the lake with her family and friends.

We're so grateful for all the ways Cathy supports our teams and brings heart to everything she does! 🌟

Say hello to this week’s spotlight – Amanda, our HR Business Partner I! 🎉

Amanda is a proud wife and cat mom to two energetic fur babies 🐱🐱 who keep her on her toes at home. Outside of work, she loves trying new restaurants, catching live concerts, and spending quality time with friends.

With nearly 12 years at ASHN, Amanda has worn many hats, built lasting relationships, and grown her career by supporting teams across different departments.

She believes that by taking care of our work family, we can create an environment where everyone thrives – ultimately impacting the quality of care our patients receive every day. 💼🩷

This week’s spotlight is on Rachael, a registered nurse case manager at Kettering Home Care! 🩺

Rachael’s journey in healthcare began as a medical assistant, then LPN, and now RN – caring for others has always been her calling. What she loves most about home health is the opportunity to build one-on-one relationships with patients in their own homes, where they feel most comfortable. 🏠❤️

She works in a community where access to basic needs—like healthcare, transportation, or even a nearby grocery store—can be limited. That’s exactly why she shows up every day: to be where she’s needed most and make a real impact. ✨
