Huge thank you to Dr. Allison Trelka at .physical.therapy for continuing to pour knowledge into our team!!! 🙏

Lately we’ve been diving deeper into the connection between the diaphragm, anterior serratus, abdominal wall, and how they influence back pain, movement, breathing mechanics, and even bodybuilding posing.

A lot of people focus only on where the pain is but rib cage positioning, pressure management, and core stability can completely change how the body moves and performs.

Always grateful to keep learning and continue raising the level of care we provide for our clients and athletes 💜

We’ve officially selected our athlete for Dayton’s upcoming OCB show 💪

Congrats to Braden Sauer on being chosen as our Move Better Massage Therapy sponsored athlete.
We’ll be covering his category division entries and helping support his recovery leading into show day.

As part of this, Braden will also receive a negative pressure lymphatic drainage session one week out from the show to help support peak conditioning and recovery during prep.
Appreciate everyone who entered and everyone continuing to push themselves through prep season right now. The discipline behind bodybuilding prep is no joke.

On May 23rd, a portion of all sessions booked at Move Better Massage Therapy will help support Silverback Grappling Club and Dayton’s combat sports community.

We’ll be donating $250 from sessions booked that day as a way to give back to the athletes, coaches, and community continuing to build something special locally.
