The hips are one of the biggest storage areas for tension, especially when we’re constantly pushing, holding, or staying in survival mode.

Hip opening isn’t just about flexibility… it’s about release.
Release of tightness
Release of stress

Real question🤔🤔

Why do we wait until our bodies are SCREAMING at us before we book a massage? (I am totally guilty of this myself)

Like: "Oh this shoulder pain? uhh it's fine" *** "My hip and lower back are tight? I'll just try to shift my weight" *** "Neck hurts, hmm must've slept wrong"

Whole time our bodies are screaming... "HELLO!? I've been dropping hints FOR WEEKS!?"

Here's OUR reminder to take care of ourselves BEFORE we hit crisis mode!

OUR bodies will thank us!!! I promise!

Most people don’t actually need a massage…

They need a space where they can finally exhale. 😌

A space where they don’t have to hold it all together.
Where their body can soften…
and their mind can quiet down.

I have definitely noticed something in my work,
the people who need healing the most
are the ones who haven’t felt safe enough to relax in a long time.

You’re not “too much.”
You’re not “too sensitive.”

Your nervous system is just tired of being in survival mode. 😵‍💫

And you deserve to feel at peace in your own body again. 🌿
