Shine Yoga School of Dayton Strengthen and enrich your yoga practice while learning to safely and effectively teach students of all levels. Our curriculum is Yoga Alliance approved.

Yoga is for EVERYONE and at Shine Yoga School we honor and embrace each student's search for a deeper practice, personal growth and well-being. Our comprehensive curriculum provides training in many styles of yoga and our unique training schedule offers flexibility for busy Yogis. Students will gain a deeper understanding of all things yoga and become part of a like-minded community. We welcome people of all ages with respect for what each individual can accomplish through Yoga and throughout their lives. For those that want to teach, our 200-hour training program will prepare you to be a teach safe, compassionate and skillful teacher.

There are many reasons one may participate in the Shine Yoga program and becoming a yoga teacher is just one of them. You do not need to have a desire to teach in order to benefit greatly from this focused educational program. An experience that goes far beyond “teacher training”. It will change your life. When it’s all done, you’ll have the knowledge, confidence, and skill to guide others on their journey of yoga and self-discovery.
